After the paypal payment has been completed you MUST follow "Click to continue" link to go to the page where you enter your voovox username and password. If you do not complete and submit this last page your voovox account will not be created.

After your payment has been approved, you will receive a thank you page AND confirmation email with your account details. If you experience any problems with this process, e-mail voovox Support.

Your account will be credited with the net amount received from Paypal.

Please note: All initial Paypal signups are security checked and sent verification emails before an account is activated. You must respond to our verification emails within 24 hours of signup or your account may be removed.

You must enter correct personal information, phone number and a valid email address when you signup for service. Any signups for service, whether paid or not paid, using false information are subject to immediate removal from the system without notice. If your phone number does not answer and/or your email address is rejecting our emails, your account may be removed from the system during account verification.

We will only instantly provision new accounts for CONFIRMED Paypal accounts with a VERIFIED address. Please ensure your PayPal account status BEFORE committing to purchase. If payment is received via PayPal from a non verified/confirmed account, we will not activate your Voovox service until we receive written authorization and valid copies of government issued identification and the funds may be subject to a holding period.
